When you send an enquiry, book a course or request a quote, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, company and the content of your message. Our web server also records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver the advisory, training or consulting services you ask about, to issue quotes and certificates, and to keep the records the law requires us to keep. Enquiries about TC Advisory are sent to info@tcadvisory.co.za and enquiries about Elite OHS Academy to info@eliteohsacademy.co.za. We do not sell or rent personal information.

By ticking the consent box on our enquiry form you agree to us processing the personal information you provide for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, although this will not affect processing that has already taken place.

Personal information is shared only within the two companies, which operate as one team, and with service providers who help us run the website and our email, under confidentiality obligations. Learner details may be shared with the QCTO and related bodies where accreditation and certification require it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep personal information secure, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as the law requires. Training and certification records are kept for the periods required by the relevant regulations.

Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to processing. Write to info@tcadvisory.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
